Your purchase of Products or Services, whether through a Best Kilts website or a Best Kilts telephone call centre, is subject to these Terms and no other terms or conditions shall apply. These Terms override any other terms or conditions referred to by Customer or in any course of dealing.
By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products and/or Services you have selected on these Terms. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. Any Contract is dependant and conditional upon Best Kilts’s verification of availability and confirmation of both your Order and your credit card or other payment details. If we accept your Order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an Order Confirmation. Generally, Best Kilts has 14 days as of the receipt of your placed Order of such verification and confirmation. As long as Best Kilts has not confirmed both of the above mentioned points, Best Kilts is not obliged to provide Products and/or Services.
Best Kilts may in its sole discretion accept or reject orders, or advise you of its inability to process orders.
Information contained in our advertising, brochures, other written materials, on the Best Kilts web sites or given to you by our agents or employees constitutes an invitation to treat. No such information constitutes an offer by us to supply any Products and/or Services.
You may place an Order by:
Filling in the order form on the Best Kilts website and clicking on the appropriate submission button; or Telephoning us on designated telephone numbers mentioned on the Best Kilts web sites. Please note that Best Kilts does not deliver Products and/or Services to certain regions within some countries. In the event your Order has been placed from a country where delivery to certain regions is excluded by Best Kilts, you will be notified via email.
No intra-community purchases can be made on the Best Kilts website.
When you place your Order, Best Kilts will send you an Order Acknowledgement by e-mail. Such Order Acknowledgement may be automatically generated and shall not constitute an acceptance of the Order. Best Kilts web sites through which orders can be placed contain automatic means for identifying and alerting you to certain types of input error before you place your Order. Such means may not identify all errors or omissions and you should ensure that the information you submit in your order is accurate and complete.
We will send your Order Confirmation to you by e-mail. If we cannot accept your Order we will contact you by email or telephone.
We maintain records of Orders, Order Acknowledgements, and Order Confirmations and retain these for a reasonable period following delivery. We recommend that you retain a printed copy of these Terms with a copy and/or note of your order, Order Acknowledgment, Order Confirmation, payment method acceptance and invoice as evidence of purchase.
Because we care about your privacy, we will not give your personally identifiable information to third parties, such as marketers or retailers.
In the event that all of our business assets are transferred to or acquired by another company, customer information will be one of the transferred assets. We will divulge your personal information to law enforcement officials if required to do so by law.
A Best Kilt Voucher is designated only to the buyer and it is subject to checks to confirm an authentication of purchase, purchases may be cancelled if placed with unauthorized Voucher Codes.
The prices of Products or Services are those which apply at the time of Customer’s Order.
Best Kilts accepts payment by approved credit card. Other payment methods (e.g. cheque or instalment payment) will be subject to Best Kilts’s prior agreement through its telephone or otherwise. Payment options may vary from country to country.
You are solely responsible for:
1) Providing true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted in the Best Kilt web site account details section.
2) Maintaining and promptly updating Account Information to maintain its accuracy, currency and completeness. You are solely responsible for the security of any password provided to you for purposes of facilitating Product purchases or other matters via this and other Best Kilt web sites. Best Kilt shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of passwords.
You may return purchased Products for any reason for a full refund of the Product purchase price actually paid within 7 working days following the date you receive the Products, subject to compliance with the following:
You must obtain a Best Kilts return reference number or invoice number. This number may be obtained from your digital invoice, My Account after placed your order, You must return the Products to the address and in the manner indicated on the Returns & Exchanges page.
The Best Kilts return reference number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the parcel in which the Products are returned. Your Best Kilts invoice must be enclosed with the returned Products. Products must be returned in the original packaging, in “as new condition”, and with all component products, parts, accessories, guarantee cards, manuals and other documents and items. If you return Products (1) which have been damaged or used, (2) after the 7 working days returns period (or other longer period specified by applicable law), (3) parts of which, including components, included products, accessories, packaging, boxes, documents and/or other items are damaged or missing, or (4) without pre-paid delivery, Best Kilts retains the right either to refuse to refund Product purchase price (subject to applicable local law), or to charge you repair, restocking or related fees and delivery charges. Best Kilts may in that case deduct those fees and charges from any payments to be refunded to you.
On return of Products, Best Kilts will, subject to the above limitations, repay the actual amount paid to Best Kilts, less any fees and charges due to Best Kilts (as per the above), by crediting your relevant credit card or bank account (or other means).
The issue by Best Kilts of a return reference number shall not constitute an acceptance or acknowledgment of any right to return Products, except to the extent that these Terms or mandatory applicable laws confer such a right.
You may cancel purchased Services for any reason for a full refund of the Services purchase price actually paid within 7 working days following the date of the acceptance of your Order, unless the Services were delivered prior to the end of the 7-days term with your consent.
On cancelling Services, Best Kilts will, subject to the above qualifications, repay the actual amount paid to Best Kilts, less any fees and charges due to Best Kilts (as per the above), by crediting your relevant credit card or bank account (or other means).
For canceling an Order to Make or a Custom Made Product you are subject to pay a manufacturing fee, this fee only covers the cost of manufacturing a custom product, in this event your product cannot be sold as it does not meet our standards of sale, please see your fee charges at the Returns & Exchanges page.
This Site is not intended for use by children. We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information submitted by visitors to the Site who are under the age of 16.
It is important to note that information about our products does not amount to an offer by us to sell the products on that basis. Rather, it is an invitation to you to make us an offer to purchase that product on that basis, therefore references to orders placed by customers are deemed to be references to offers by such customers to purchase the relevant produce from us. Although we will endeavour to maintain to supply you with the item requested, sometimes we may be unable to fulfil an order. In this instance, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity. Product images displayed on the website may occasionally differ from the respective product names and descriptions, due to changes in packaging and/or availability.
Shipping Rates / Charges: We may constantly update shipping costs to UK mainland and international rates based at time currency exchange and carrier fuel surcharges. Shipping costs may vary for some destinations and extra costs may apply where areas classified as isolated areas.
Delivery Timing: All shipments are dispatched using track services and you may keep track of the service when accessing the tracking information, by accesing your order information, Delivery will be made within 7 working days to most Mainland UK addresses subject to service type ordered. Delivery to more remote areas of the UK may take slightly longer. Best Kilts will endeavour to deliver to you within the specified time. However, there may be instances when we cannot deliver within this time. If we realise that we cannot deliver to you within that time, we shall alert you as soon as possible to try to arrange another suitable time for delivery. Wrong information about your address may result on delay processing your order, if an order is not delivered because of wrong information given, redelivery is subjected to charge (Applies to free shipping).
Customs Import / Export: Best Kilts cannot be held responsible if any item you have ordered is impounded by or has extra duty charged on it by your local customs and excise department, therefore we recommend that you provide your most available method of contact to efficiently allow your local customs department to contact you for information regarding your import.
Express services are subject time expedition such as Royal Mail 24hrs and DHL Express, all express services are dispatched by 13:00 every day from Monday - Friday but sorted and directed to destination at 17:00pm, 24hrs services delivery may be expected at the latest 17:00 of the next working day after shipment, In the event of delayed shipment please contact the carrier service with your tracking number for an estimated time.

Disclosure to others Best Kilts will not disclose Personal Data to entities and persons, other than Best Kilts Group Companies, (“3P’s”) without your consent, except in the cases below.
Personal Data may be disclosed to 3P’s to enable the performance of contracts you are party to or for other purposes specified in these Terms, or in the “Personal Data” (or similarly entitled) section of the Best Kilts website order submission form or telephone call centre ordering process.
Personal Data may be disclosed to 3P’s to enable compliance with legal obligations to which Best Kilts or other Best Kilts Group Companies are subject.
do not use Personal Data other than for the purposes permitted; obtain and process Personal Data only on condition that they secure that Personal Data from unauthorised use and adopt and comply with similarly stringent policies and terms on Personal Data protection and use; and comply strictly with applicable laws. If Best Kilts does not have control of that Personal Data, Best Kilts will use its reasonable efforts to communicate your corrections and deletion requests. However, where Personal Data has been transferred to credit card payment and certain other agencies for payment processing, you may need to contact such agencies directly if you wish Personal Data transferred to those agencies to be rectified or deleted. By entering any competition at Best Kilts you must be qualified for each individual competition as required within the description of each competition.
Group/Bulk/Trader discounts only qualify for orders above the value of £500 and payments method is only by Bank Transfer or Debit Card payment, PAYPAL AND CREDIT CARD IS EXCLUDED from this offer, Shipping value is not included on this discounts.
