Shipping & Delivery

Every item is securely packaged it's sure to arrive safely.

Once your order has been processed and the payment has been cleared we will dispatch your item usually within 1 working day, our shipments are processed Monday to Friday by 1:30PM (UTM00:00) if there are any enquiries or cancellations please contact us before this time.

* To track your order simply log in into your account and open your order and the tracking link or code will be displayed on your invoice.

Import Duty and Customs

Items to be received from countries outside the European Union are expected to pay local Import Duty to your goods in order to receive them, please ensure you provide us the most updated contact methods to reach you, we will always try making your costs as low as possible y declaring your goods appropriately.

Track service information

We only send tracked items to every customer who shops with us, and that gives us full tracking of what has happened to your shipment, if your item states that it has been delivered and you claim it has not been delivered, we then could file an investigation to find out where the parcel is, if found lost and destroyed full compensation will be given, if the parcel was found to be handled or delivered at your premisses and left a note we hold the right of not issuing compensation, in the mean time if you require your items to be delivered again please repeat your order and an investigation will be carried out.
